As per the recommendation of the performance review committee, “Employee of the Year for the Year 2022” is awarded to Site Project Manager – Mr. Roshan Kumar Bhatta (middle).

Mr. Maila Tamang (right) and Mr. Tej Bahadur Pulami (left) were honoured with “Deergha Sewa Padak (Long service award)” for their outstanding service of more than 15 years with Waiba Infratech. Both of them have been putting their best efforts for the betterment of the organization.

Mr. N. D. Lama – company director has recently been awarded PhD degree in the field of Business Administration from M/s Infrastructure University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He successfully defended his thesis titled “Mediating Role of Organizational Learning on the Relationship between Institutional Competences and Perceived Multiple Project Management Success in Nepalese Construction Industry” in December, 2022 and has now been awarded with the prestigious degree. It is a matter of pride for all of us. Congratulations to Dr. N. D. Lama!

Mr. Amar Bahadur Lama Tamang– company director has recently been awarded PhD degree in the field of political science from M/s Singhania University, India. He successfully defended his thesis titled “Nepal-India Relations: An Analytical Study in Context of Contemporary Paradigm Shift” in the year 2020 and has now been awarded with the prestigious degree. He has recently published a book titled: “India Nepal Relations: In the changing global context”. It is a matter of pride for all of us. Congratulations to Dr. Amar B. Lama.

• Mr. S. B. Lama was honoured with Deergha Sewa Padak (Long service award) for his outstanding service of more than two decades with Waiba group.
